- Drink a glass of water before your meals
- Opt for mustard instead of mayo
- Choose wheat over white bread
- Eat pretzels instead of potato chips
- Hand wash your car every week
- Eat slow not fast
- Get up and walk around at work or home
- Get outside instead of watching tv
